Through guided exploration, conversations, breathwork, nervous system practices, and somatic awareness, you will begin to:

• Understand your body’s signals, arousal patterns, and emotional triggers.
   

• Build a new relationship with desire, pleasure, and masculine sexuality.
   

• Shift from performance-based sex into presence-based intimacy.
   

• Create internal safety — the foundation of sexual confidence.
   

You’ll also begin the early stages of energetic training, learning how to contain, circulate, and express erotic energy with intention instead of impulse.

This phase establishes the groundwork for the deep practice and mastery of Phase 2 — and the sacred intimacy of Phase 3.
